Move outside grey box approx 2 feet

Hi,

I am having some building work done, which involves widening our front door - unfortunately, the grey virgin box is on the bit of wall which is going to be knocked out to make the door way wider. It just needs moving by a couple of feet, to be slightly further along the same wall.

I have read that this can be done by a Virgin engineer for £25 - is that true?

Thanks,

Yes, it should cost £25 for a no-fault fix.

Hi @jra505,

Thank you for your post and welcome back to our community forums. We're here to help.

As has been mentioned in this thread, we can send an engineer out to help with this but there would be a £25 call out fee. If you're happy to accept this, please respond to the private message I'll be sending to you shortly and we'll go from there.

Thanks,
