We are missing the cover for our external cable box. I'm presuming it's broken off as the clips at the bottom are broken and worn. I've since wrapped a bag around it so it's not exposed and getting drenched in rain. How can we get a replacement ASAP please?
Is there a VM rep here that can assist so I'm not having to run in circles..? I've attached a photo below for reference, thank you.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.
