Hi,
I've been with Virgin 3 years, the last two 18 month contracts I was able to get the new customer bundle with the O2 sim.
This time I'm being told it's not possible at all, can existing customers not get this deal?

I don't know how you got a "new" customer deal the last time really. Normally VM will not give existing users the new deals and the time scale is around 90 days from leaving to be a new user.
There are some reports of using a partner to sign up as a new user to circumvent the 90 days? However I've no hard evidence of this at all.

We're sorry to hear you've had some issues when trying to do a package review. New customer discounts wouldn't be available on existing customer accounts so it's likely there was a matching discount suitable for your account when you renegotiated your price.
If the team haven't been able to match it this time, this would be due to there being no matching discounts. We can have a look here to see what the best offer is though but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
