Media wall

Just joined

Hi this is my first post here so sorry if this has been covered before.

I’m currently in the process of having a media wall built. Now can I get the TiVo v6 behind the tv without having wires everywhere.

You would be best to pay the £25 non fault call out fee to get a VM tech to run the cables to where ever you need them.

You could build in some runs of conduit tubing with pull cables (strings!) in them so that cables can be pulled through from where the VM hub is to the points where you want to connect equipment.  Will also be useful for running Cat6a ethernet cables from the Hub to the TV and other equipment

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Hi bannock83

Thanks for posting on the forum in regards to moving your V6 box, we appreciate you asking the question and welcome to the community 👍

As Adduxi has advised, to relocate the V6 would be a chargeable technician visit at £25, jbrennand has offered alternative advice but if you would like us to arrange the visit let us know 🙂
