Recently a neighbour was having BRSK internet installed. A technician was up a telegraph pole which connected to both my house and his with landline cables. Whilst this was happening I lost virgin broad band and tv. Was this caused by the BRSK technician doing something whist up the telegraph pole? Thanks in advance.

Sorry to hear that you've lost services whilst there was work happening near you.
It's possible that works around your service cables may have caused the issue, but we wouldn't be able to confirm this for you.
How are your service at the moment? Are you still having any issues at all with them or have you received the support needed since then?
