Leave positive feedback for agent?

Hi,

I had positive help from an agent on webchat but unfortunately the bot put me onto another agent and the feedback was for them then.

I felt bad I didn't leave feedback for the first person I spoke to as a result as they were really helpful. Is there a way I can do it? They helped me sort my contract out.
