Positive feedback for call agent
Hi,
I have recently had a complete nightmare of an experience with Virgin Media. All the agents I got through to were terrible. So much so that I was ready to leave after a very long time as a customer.
Near the end of my ordeal I happened to get through to one agent who was amazing and I'd like to leave positive feedback for him. It was a Brian Sutherland. He was the only person who showed any understanding of my issues and took ownership. He was polite, sympathetic to my issues and took ownership and actually got back to me when he said he would. Without him I would have left Virgin Media. Could you please pass on my sincere thanks and I my opinion he deserves a pay rise, bonus or all three. If only you had a few more people like Brian on your call centre team.
