Just moved into a new place, check if our postcode had virgin media access, which was confirmed. Found a trailing cable in the flat, but no virgin media box. Have plugged in the router but haven’t got an internet connection for a couple of hours. Router just slowly flashes green.

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734.
Explain what needs to be done and book an engineer visit.

Is this a new customer install with a self install kit, or are you an existing customer that has moved to a new address?
If it’s the latter did you call the “movers” team to get your hub provisioned for the new address. If you just plug it in without doing this VMs systems will detect that it has moved to a new location & automatically disable it.
