Installation no show for the 10th times

I informed Virgin Media over two weeks ago about my house move and have been calling almost every day since. Despite repeated promises of installation and multiple appointment dates, no one has shown up. I work from home, so I’ve had to buy temporary mobile broadband to stay connected, which has been an added inconvenience and expense. It would be far better if they simply told me there were no contractors available and canceled my order so I could switch to another provider, rather than wasting my time waiting every day for nothing. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. After being a loyal customer for over 10 years, I’m deeply disappointed by this level of service.

Just saw this. the original installation date was 30/11, now 10 days...

  • £6.10 per day if we don’t install your services on the promised day until installation’s completed

Hi Kevin, I feel your frustration! Could I suggest that you post in this new thread that I've started? There are so many individual threads from people in the same situation, and I think it'd make a lot more sense if we all posted in the same one.

Hey Kevin6868, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear there is a delay in your install.

Let me send you a DM and we can take a look to see what is going on
