Hello!
Me and my partner are in the middle of purchasing a property that is a grade 2 listed building. Our preferred choice of provider would be virgin as they offer the best speeds which we'd need as we both work at home, stream, play online games etc. The current occupiers do not have virgin so it would need to be a new installation and they would have to drill a hole in the wall. I've emailed the local conservation officer to ask if this would be allowed. There are parts of the building that aren't as old so I'm hoping they could install in those.
I tried speaking to virgin media's contact centres about this but they had zero knowledge of this. So I wondered if anyone here had perhaps been through this situation or heard of anything similar before and could provide some advice?
