Hey peeps… quick one. I’m in the north west of England and have been having serious internet dropputs and latency from my 350mb service with the home hub 3.

Virgin support have been terrible. Impossible to get hold of and I’m never getting past first base.

Anyone else have this? Been solid for about 5 years but now it’s terrible where it’s stopping myself and my wife from working from home.

Check for local faults on 0800 561 0061 (and I remember never getting past first base too).

Sorry to hear you've not been able to get a hold of us to discuss your concerns with the broadband service. 

We've not been able to locate you on the systems at our side. Does this affected both your wired devices, or just over your WiFi? 

Does our status checker show any outages affecting you currently? If not, run the checks that says 'Still having issues? Get Started' to run the checks on your services and let us know what it advises. You can check this here, also you can call our status line on 0800 561 0061 or check your My Virgin Media for more information here
