Sorry to hear you've not been able to get a hold of us to discuss your concerns with the broadband service.
We've not been able to locate you on the systems at our side. Does this affected both your wired devices, or just over your WiFi?
Does our status checker show any outages affecting you currently? If not, run the checks that says 'Still having issues? Get Started' to run the checks on your services and let us know what it advises.
