Hi,
I need to move my virgin wall socket (int and ext) as I a building an extension but can’t work out how to speak to someone to arrange this when calling them. I have try to phone virgin but couldn’t speak with the team just the recording.
I know it is £25 standard fee for this work.
Any ideas how best to book / arrange this?

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
