Relocating router and incoming TV wire

Hi there,

Please could somebody from VM contact me so we can arrange a technician visit?

We have moved our TV to an internal wall and also need the router moving to another location. All internal wiring has been completed (fibre and virgin cables) from existing incoming wiring to the new locations, we just need help with connection please.

    The "chatter & natter" section of the forum you'd posted in, isn't generally staff-monitored.

    I've moved it to the broadband section which should get their attention in a day or so. The tech visit you've requested, comes with a flat £25 charge.

    Hi there, I have a similar request, and have been asked to create my own post, however I cannot work out how to.

    Could someone respond to me here and help me get my box moved within my home?

        Hi, looking to move my 2nd TV360 box to the otherside of the room, effectively just need the cable re routed around the wall if possible! Thanks
