Hub3 swap for Hub5 - want to use old Network name and password

Please help!!

I've had issues with WiFi dropping out. Three engineers later, I have a Hub 5. Long story short, I was hoping to change the Network name and password as before so I don't have to change all 41 devices individually. I've done this before when setting up a previous Mesh system, however, just using the Hub5 on its own, I can't get anything to link up after I've reset the new Hub5 and changed the Network name and Password, letter perfect and double checked. Have I missed something or done something wrong? Thank you.

What you have done changing the SSID / Password should work with a Hub 5 on current software/firmware.

Which version of software is the Hub 5 using ?

It should work, I did the same moving from a Hub4 to Hub5.

Though I have my 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi as separate SSID's, but that shouldn't make a difference.

Thanks everyone for the help. I might have fixed it. I switched everything off/on and one by one, devices have started to connect again.... This Hub5 is so powerful, I could probably ditch my Deco5 Mesh setup. Thanks again.
