Hub3 keeps flashing green

I traced the wire from outdoor Virgin box to that cable, but the hub3 keeps flashing green after 2 hours.

“No RF signal detected”. Most likely the cable is disconnected at the street cabinet.  Phone it in as a fault.

Ensure you are plugged into the “TV” output of the diplexer/isolator box. The “FM” side won’t work. I think you have it correct already, but I cannot enlarge the photo enough to be certain.
