How do i move my tv and internet to other side of room ?

Hi . 

I am looking to move my room around. I need to move my tivo and broadband around 2-3 meters 

I have looked and there are 4 wires are also in a 4 way type connector so I don't think it's just 1 wire I would need to extend 

Is this something I would need to request with virgin tech or is it something simple I can do myself ??

VM use specialised cabling, so you would need a technician visit to make up new cables. There is a standard non-fault callout charge to make any alterations like this of £25.

Hi thanks for the reply. I have tried calling virgin to arrange but I cannot get through to any department. It is all automated.  Any help would be greatful . Thanks
