I'm moving flat in a few weeks and want to get broadband for my new flat. I've used the postcode checker and my postcode does have full fibre, but my flat doesn't. The building that the flat is in, and all the other flats in my building, have it, but my flat doesn't.
Can I get a technician in to install it in my flat? I registered my interest for my postcode online, but since all the other residencies in my postcode have it I can imagine it would make much of a difference. Is there anything I can do to be able to get Virgin broadband for my flat?

I imagine being a flat, you will need the management/landlord to give permission for VM installs in the first instance?
Also flats sometimes have a central "comms" area from where broadband is piped into each flat. Do you know if that is the case?
