The street works and the pole have been done in our road in Upton, Chester, just wondering when we will be able to get connected please?

It's great to hear that work on a street level has been completed in your area. We wouldn't be able to give you a timeframe on when your area will be ready to take orders as there will be quite a lot of back end work needed before hand. Due to the systems and how things can get complex, the team won't be ready to confirm any dates until it's ready. 

Once ready, you will likely receive a leaflet through the door and potentially there will be some Sales agents in the area to let you know.
