I have been having problems with a house move connection. This has now been resolved after speaking online to a representative and I have connection. However I had an engineer visit booked for tomorrow- the agent was supposed to call me back and check that the service was working and cancel the visit but they did not. I can’t cancel the visit myself because I can’t get access to my ‘new account’ that was set up for the move (why!!?) - keeps saying oops try again later. Added to this I can’t use your chat function on any browser or device - mobile or laptop. I can’t get past the automated system that seems intent on cutting me off without resolving any of the issues above. I want access to my new account and for you to confine you have cancelled the engineer visit for tomorrow.
