HUB 5 not appearing, still connected to old wifi

We recently replaced our Hub 3 with a Hub 5 and it's been an hour since I unplugged the Hub 3 but for some reason my new wifi address won't appear, and I can still connect to the old wifi. I turned off the pods in our house just in case they were interfering with something and it's still not working.... Supposedly RealSpeed (the SamKnows test) says that I am connected to the Hub 5 but the wifi addresses dont match up and I'm only getting 15mbps.... (I should be getting 1GB):image.png

I called the number to activate our kit and it said it was already activated... what is going on

The new HUB automatically uses the previous SSID (Network name) from the old HUB, so you are connected to the HUB 5.

VM remotely update the settings when the HUB is activated on the account.

Lots of examples of this occuring on here.

This may only work if you've never changed the password (Key).

It's quite easy for VM to store your network setup, including the SSIDs. So, VM can either apply your SSIDs to the replacement hub either before dispatch or on initial connection the hub downloads the WiFi settings as part of its configuration sync.
