Hello,
Instead of me receiving an email about the update on my upcoming router today, I’ve been emailed that a ‘Gone Away’ form has been received and would be reviewed in 48 hours.
This is not me and would like to receive my internet so I can work.

Hi Jon, I'm currently experiencing the same issue and would love some help ASAP. I ordered broadband a week ago and got a 'gone away' form and an email saying I would get a response in 48 hours. Never got a response and its holding up 5 people working currently. Any help would be appreciated. F
