I've forgotten or lost the settings password for my Super Hub 2ac, for accessing it from my web browser to check settings, speeds etc. It's not the default "changeme" one shown in the guide, or the one that I had written down.
How do I go about getting it reset? I can't imaging the normal support route being willing to handle this, but I may be wrong.

You can only pinhole reset the Hub, as there is no method of retrieving a lost password once the default has been changed.
Try a 60 second factory pinhole reset as below;
Remove any ethernet cables from the Hub and hold the pinhole reset switch for 60 seconds. Do NOT reboot the Hub, just let it do it's thing. Note you will need the passwords from the bottom of the Hub afterwards, so make sure they are legible. NOTE this will remove any custom settings you may have set in the Hub, and they will all have to be setup again.

Hi Davidm_uk,
Thanks for using the Community Forums to get your password for your Hub's settings reset, I can see @Adduxi has already given you some good advice here.
Were you able to do a pin hole reset like they advised?
This would be the only way forward unfortunately, so please let us know if you need help doing the reset.
Thanks,

I haven't tried it yet, concerned that there might be some settings in there put in by the installation engineer, and these will get lost by the reset, leaving me with a non working connection. Also, my modem has a reset button/hole on the back near the top, but I haven't looked underneath yet.

There are no settings input by the engineer. All VM Hubs can be reset by design to help with issues. The default factory passwords should be on the bottom of the Hub.

To add clarity to my post above;
