External virgin box

Hi,

My External box is constantly being kicked and damaged by passers by. (A lot of neighbours have the same issue)

This has now resulted in my brown cover been kicked away again and leaving the live wires open to the public. 

This has also caused issues with my Internet constantly buffering and not working. 

Any help would be much appreciated.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

The other people to contact is the Police on 101, as this is vandalism/criminal damage. If it is affecting a lot of people in the same area they usually show more interest in finding the culprits.

Sorry to hear of the Omnibox issue.

I'll happily send a PM to get someone out however please also report this to the police if keeps happening as it's criminal damage.
