I've come home from work and noticed this external virgin box has been damaged.
Is there anything I can do ?

Are you a VM customer? The cable hanging down appears to be disconnected. Is the box in use for an active VM service?

Yes, I'm a VM customer. The cable above goes an old sky dish that I'm yet to remove.
