Exposed cable

There is an exposed virgin media cable running to a neighbouring business property, this poses a health and safety risk as well as potential insurance claims. How do I notify you privately of the address in question?

It would help if you posted a photo of the cable. A staff member will look at one needs doing, and invite you into a private conversation
