I have an issue that I hope Virgin will resolve, but their standard phone options and all of the "contact us" information had nothing relevant so I've ended up here.
We moved into a house and the cable emerges through the earth just inside our front garden's boundary wall, then runs along the surface of our garden to the box on the front of our house. I'm amazed that it's been installed like this as I would have thought it should be underground in a duct.
We are planning to revamp our front garden and this will be an obstacle. Will Virgin pick up on issues raised on this forum or is there a way to contact them about stuff like this?
