We had 2 Virgin Media engineers come out today as our cable had been cut. We have wi-fi, but no phone. I've just tried calling Virgin from my mobile, but have to wait another hour. We need an engineer to come fix this ASAP.

We've just found that although we can watch live shows on our Tivo, if we try to watch catch up, we get a message saying "This show is temporarily unavailable" (code 603?) I've tried turning the hub off and resetting it. When I look on Virgin, it says we have a problem with our broadband.
