Our telephony has been off at Virgins end for almost a year, so AGAIN I report it as a fault. An engineer was due to attend today and didn't show and not even a text to say why not.
Don't appreciate getting the text to say WE have to be in or get a £25 charge, yet the engineer can't be bothered to show.
I'm being sent round in circles trying to talk to an advisor on WhatsApp.

You should be eligible for a heck of a lot of compo if you reported your total loss of service on your phone line a year ago and VM has still not fixed it a year later.

We're sorry to hear the engineer failed to attend to help with your landline issues, we understand the frustration and inconvenience this has caused.
Have you been able to speak to the team in regards to this since posting? Were there any area issues at the time as these would result in all engineer appointments being cancelled?
