I'm losing hope here l've had about 10 engineer visits in the past moment and none have managed to fix this issue, they've replaced the router, inside cable, socket, outside cable and even the cabinet and nothings fixed the issue. Sometimes it'll just cut out for a split second without the lights changing colour and l'd be kicked out from any game I was playing. Other times it flashes green and other times it'll flash white then green. Btw I'm on hub 3 on m250 and rn on the vm service status website it keeps saying intermittent broadband in your area for now.

Setup a BQM to record the outages for evidence, as if VM can't fix this, you should be able to leave, and possible seek some sort of compensation via the Ombudsman.
Are there other suppliers in your area? It may be time to jump ship ?

Green flashing bar and arrows on our Hub 3 means loss of RF Signal, in our case the RFoG platform is down that usually affects the whole village & can persists for some hours especially if it occurs at night.
Next time this happens see if the folks next door also had an outage at the same time.
