Virgin appear to have disconnected my internet early. A few days ago I booked in a move for my Virgin internet to a new address on 17th July 2024 (with my current address due to be disconnected on 16th July). This morning my router did not have any internet, upon checking my account I received the dreaded "Your service has been temporarily disconnected" message. I've checked my bills, there appears to be a closing bill and it says my disconnection date is 16th June. Please help as I need the internet to work from home.

We're very sorry to hear the service was disconnected early in error.
We've taken a look at things from our side and can see you have since spoken to the team. Did they discuss a reconnection for you during the call?
