So I'm a student doing a work placement in London. I ordered the wifi with plenty of time before the previous plan cancelled.
I arranged the delivery for Saturday and they rearranged it for Wednesday which I can't sign for because I'm at work.
Now the previous plan has ran out and we have no wifi until we get the router.
Anyone have any suggestions to what we can do?

How would I go about doing this? Do I need a tracking number and would I do it online or on the website?

Any luck with the hub delivery yet? If not then call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them what's happening.
They are open 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
(It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)

Yodel will try to deliver the package 3 times, however you will also get a SMS with the options such as you can leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour.
