Delays in Quickstart delivery, but can't contact Virgin to cancel or change delivery date

I ordered Broadband with a new hub yesterday (8th April). When signing up it said the Quickstart installation package would arrive within 5 working days. I got a confirmation email saying my package ...

    Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and see what they say

    They are open from  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday - calling at 08.00 is the best time to get through quickly
