Delayed order

I placed an order online and chose 14th Feb 2024 as my delivery date. I have not yet received a shipping email. I tried calling the customer service number, but I can’t get through as I don’t yet have a virgin media phone or account number, neither of which I have. 

Please could I have some insight into what has gone wrong and when I should expect delivery? Thanks!

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

They did this to me too, try ringing the pre-installation team and the order will probably need to be processed again.
