Delayed installation- how to contact

Hi, my installation have been delayed multiple times. Sadly I see this is not uncommon, they are still waiting for outside work which they say is happening, but never actually takes place before the install date, which then gets delayed again. 
last time someone from virgin called me to say they would personally be managing my case and would contact me in a few days with an update. It’s now been a couple of weeks and the install is due Monday with no outside work having happened. Can any forum staff help me and let me know how I might be able to get in contact with this person who is supposed to be managing my case?!

You should get a reply from the VM forum team here within a few days but, in recent times, they seem to offer only ever-decreasing amounts of help with installations.

The pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 are supposed to deal with installations but general reports on here seem to suggest they can do little more than just read to you unreliable bits of info from the screen in front of them regarding installation dates.

Keep a detailed record of all of VM's failings and false promises with your installation as you should be eligible for compensation for a delayed installation

You need to keep accurate records of dates/times/appointments/failed visits etc. along with evidence (texts, emails, screenshots etc.) to make sure you are paid the correct amount.
