Hi
the box outside attached to my new house is broken - not the street green one, but the one attached to my external wall. How do I go about getting it repaired/replaced please.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.

KINGHORNE ROAD, DUNDEE, DD3 6PX - DAMAGED GREEN VIRGIN MEDIA BOX - HAD BEEN KNOCKED OVER. A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC HAS CABLE TIED THIS TO THE FENCE BUT WILL NEED SOMEONE TO ATTEND TO REPAIR
