Brown box outside house is damaged. The cover has been ripped off. Internet can be intermittent. How do we book someone to come out and fix this ?

Please post a photo to allow VM to assess the damage. If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss.

That yellow fibre cable looks in a poor position. It seems as if it's pulling on the fibre socket.?
