Damage on Instalaltion
On installation of my Fibre and External Box, the contractors damaged the existing BT Openreach wall cover. At a guess the 3rd party contractors decided to remove 2 of the 4 screws and try prise it enough to get the cable through, but as plastic becomes brittle in external environments the unit snapped. But they didn't try to hide it or refit the screws, just left it as it is. A potential hazard outside my front door with 2 young children

I have emailed virgin and got the typical response of we will get back to you, but i am still waiting. Is there a more direct way to get in touch and get this issue rectified before it is damaged further?
