Hi,
After a week delay, cable has been laid to our house & box fixed to outside wall.
The problem now is installation isn't due to be completed until 31st October. The cable guys suggested calling Virgin as there's not much left to do.
I can't find any contact details for customer support to discuss this & web messaging isn't doing much.
Can anyone offer some useful contact details please?

Try 0800 052 1734 and option 0 to speak to customer services. I’ve called this number with my install dates being changed
