My internet constantly drops out leaving me having to reset the router as per the virgin check connection app and it’s very frustrating as I work from home two days a week. Is there anything that can be done?

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Apologies to hear of any broadband issues. I can see since posting, you've booked and had an engineer visit, who has replaced the router. I hope therefore everything is resolved but please let us know if still having issues.
