Connection unstable

After finally getting the Hub3 working, the Wifi is tragically unstable, it's even worse when you use VPN service. Dropping off every 10mins, can't even get a stable speed of half of what it should be. Ethernet cable connection is also not stable 100% of the time.
Even tried to change the channels used for Wigi in HUb settings, that did not help at all.

Is this a HUB fault or is it because the connection is optimizing after initial installation?
never had same issues with previous hub from a different provider.

I am so sorry that you have been effected by some intermittent service, I have taken a look and can see that there were a few disconnections before Wednesday but things have ben looking much smoother since.

How are things since your post?
