Connection availability : Neighbours have VM connection but I can't have !!

I'm moving into a new apartment in August. I currently have VM connection and want to transfer it to my new place. But, the website shows that VM connection is not available at that location although...

Hi Garth, I am also having a similar issue. I have filled out the form twice and I have not heard anything back from Virgin media about them sending an engineer out.

What form have you filled out twice, is it the registering to be notified, when services become available in your area. If so, the team would only be in touch, when the services are available to your address.
