Hi,
I have placed an order for broadband this evening and selected the QuickStart set up option.
I do not move into my new flat until the 9th of feb so need the delivery to be sent to my current address or held until my move in date.
I do not have my welcome email so do not know my account number yet either.

You will have to wait a day or two for a VM staff member, but I believe VM will not send equipment to other than the address where it is to be installed.
