So switched over to VM last Saturday and have an amazing 900+ wifi 6 speed, however when working from home and trying to use the company 365 servers there's a lot of syncing issues occurring and weirdly WhatsApp desktop won't sync either. Been trying to get etch support from VM but to no avail!!
I can remotely login to 365, but to use my laptop how I was with instant access is near impossible.

For new customers Child Safe is often enabled in the VM online account. Child Safe is a DNS based 18+ content filter that often blocks VPN / Conf Call / Wi-Fi Calling / Social Media and a range of websites.
Try with Child Safe disabled.
If you are unable to disable Child Safe or it does not disengage, change the office laptop to use a public DNS such as OpenDNS or Google DNS this will bypass Child Safe.

To use Google DNS, follow the same process with IP 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Thanks for the advice it was indeed the child safe being enabled and the fact that since switching to VM it appears that they've had daily outages in my area.
