Hello
The brown cable box outside my house is broken and I cannot get the lid on. There is also an unnecessary virgin cable trailing up the outside wall into an indoor point we no longer use upstairs. How do I arrange to get the outside box fixed and the unnecessary cable removed?

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.
