I live in a roughly 20-year-old purpose-built apartment building. When I purchased my flat 7 years ago, I inquired about Virgin Media services and was informed they were unavailable in my building. Recently, I discovered that two of my neighbours in the same building have Virgin Media Broadband. However, when I enter my postcode and flat number on the website, it still indicates that the service is unavailable for my flat. Interestingly, it is available for the adjacent flat. I'd really like to get Virgin Media Broadband if possible, is there anyone that can help figure out what's going on?

Speak to the building's managing agent. They will have agreed to the previous installations and should be able to give you a reference to it for Virginmedia.

I'm having a similar issue, however I'm not sure whether other tenants in my block of flats are using Virgin Media Broadband.

It may be worth calling our Sales team on 0800 183 1234 to see if they're able to take your details and send a spotter to your address to access if installation of our services is possible.
