Broadband Availability in Flat

Hello! 

I am looking to move into a new flat, and as a part of this have checked the available broadband packages! I've checked with Virgin as I have had a great experience previously but it's not available! 

However, when I check the flat next door, and the other flats in the building, they all have access to Gigabit speeds. Is someone able to help me in this matter! I rely on good broadband speeds for my work.

Thank you very much for your interest in joining with us at your new flat. 

With regards to flats, you would need permission by the freeholder/building owners to apply for a new installation. Can you confirm if you've already spoken with them and have permission and if so, have completed a wayleave permissions for right of access?

Hi Carley,

Thank you! I have since spoken with the freeholder/building owner and they have confirmed that they are happy for the work to take place. Am I able to arrange a site visit to survey what work might be required to complete the installation to my flat?

Hello danrbarker95.

We can take a look at this for you, however to arrange a site survey first you would need to raise a new installation via our sales team.

There's two ways to do this.

First would be to call our sales team directly on 0800 183 1234.

Secondly I can send you a private message take some details and ask a colleague in our sales team to contact you.

Please let me know what suits you best.

Hi Gareth, and Virgin Media Team, 

I have since spoken with a member of the team and they have managed to confirm that there are live lines going to the building. However, now I need to schedule a visit for someone to enter the property to confirm how the lines to the flat can be made live. I have called the sales team multiple times this week, and have had no luck, being passed from team to team spending a long time on hold! Please could someone get in touch to help me arrange this visit.
