I tried asking about this 6 months ago, but got nowhere. Thought I’d try again.
All my neighbours have access to Virgin broadband. Next door’s Virgin cable even runs on my property. But I can’t persuade Virgin to talk to me about installation for my house.
When I put my address in on the postcode checker link I get given a form to fill in, and am told someone will get back to me within 10 working days. No one ever does.
Has anyone got any suggestions about how I can progress?

My neighbours also have virgin, my house even has virgin cables on walls but my postcode changed and I am unable to get virgin installed. Makes no since. Can a team look into this please?

In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

Hi Jon, sorry to hijack this thread, but I also have the same problem and I desperately want to remain a VM customer.
I have been a VM customer for nine years and have just bought a new house. The whole road has VM including both my new neighbours, but VM is not available at my property? It's a semi detached property with main road access and a Cat-V cover literally outside the front of my house?
Is this something you can also help me with?
