Hi All,
in to our second month with VM and not had a good experience with drops in connection. Woke up this morning and the hub is flashing red and again no internet connection. Using the virgin media app it’s telling me the device is overheating, the device is in an open space and is cold to touch, there is no way it’s overheating, any suggestions

I’ve got the red light too, and no internet. Same hub!! Is your internet working ?

No internet, turned the hub off for about 30 minutes and still red light. Also just tried the reset at the bottom and still no joy

Same problem here with the 5.x hub, woke up this morning with the flashing red light and no connection. Diagnostics show the same message about it overheating. It’s out in the open and cool to the touch so no idea what’s happened!

It’s only a Hub3 red LED that indicates overheating, Hub4, Hub5 & Hub5x means loss of connection.
