Faulty WiFi Pods - Overheating

Hi,

about a week or so ago, the fan on my Wi-Fi pod started running constantly. Then two days ago it stopped and the white light started blinking constantly. I went to unplug the pod to try a reset and it was extremely hot to the touch, so I think the cooling fan has packed up. I have left it unplugged as I didn't like how hot it was.

How do I go about getting it replaced?

    Can you share a pic of the pod please. Sometimes they need a quick hoover around the vents.

      I did give the vents a blow out when it first happened and a ton of dust came out. But I've plugged it in since and it just gets hot and disconnects and the fan doesn't run.  Think it may have burnt out the fans motor.
